Accumold, widely recognized as a world leader in precision micro molding, has announced a series of senior leadership appointments and promotions designed to strengthen operational focus, deepen customer support, and help guide the company’s continued growth. The leadership updates include the appointment of Gordon Davis as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the promotions of Paul Runyan to Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Scott Canfield to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
These appointments reinforce Accumold’s long-term commitment to delivering the same high-value partnership and manufacturing excellence that has defined the company for more than 40 years, while ensuring the organization is structured to scale in step with rising customer demand across medical, electronics, optics, and other advanced technology markets.
Gordon Davis recently joined Accumold as Chief Operating Officer. With more than two decades of manufacturing leadership experience, Davis brings a strong operational background, including the last two years spent supporting production at a manufacturing facility in Mexico. In his role, Davis will focus on operational execution and continuous improvement, working closely with Accumold’s teams to strengthen performance, resilience, and readiness as the business expands.
Accumold has also promoted Paul Runyan to Chief Sales Officer. Runyan has been with Accumold for more than 15 years and has led the company’s global sales team throughout that period.
“I am pleased to announce that Paul Runyan has been promoted to CSO,” said Roger Hargens, CEO of Accumold. “Paul has demonstrated great leadership in driving our business forward over the past 15 years. His customer relationship skills and teamwork have been a real plus for Accumold as we are set to grow significantly over the next several years.”
Scott Canfield has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Canfield has been with Accumold for eight years and has held multiple roles within the accounting department, taking on increasing responsibility as the company has grown.
“I am pleased to announce that Scott Canfield has been promoted to CFO,” adds Hargens. “Scott has done a great job for Accumold over the past nine years in all areas of his responsibilities and has continually taken on more. Scott’s ability to collaborate with other leaders here at Accumold is a real plus.”
Together, Davis, Runyan, and Canfield will support Hargens and Accumold’s leadership team as they shape the company’s future. The appointments reflect an organization investing in strength, ensuring Accumold remains agile, customer-focused, and ready to deliver precision at scale as micro molding becomes increasingly essential to next-generation product development.
