Accumold + DMACC = Your Future
The Accumold Scholars program, which began in 2006, is a partnership between Accumold and Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) Ankeny Campus. The program was formed to create opportunity for Accumold to help train the company’s future workforce and at the same time help raise the general awareness of the DMACC Tool & Die program. The program has grown over the years and now includes Robotics & Control Systems plus Industrial Technician Certificates.
The scholarship program covers the required credit hours for completing either the Tool & Diemaking or Robotics & Control Systems Engineering Technology programs. In addition, award recipients receive paid, on-the-job training through an internship at Accumold while enrolled in the DMACC program, along with an End-of-Semester (EOS) bonus.
