THE INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION FOR EUROPEAN MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURERS DRAWS ACCUMOLD MARKETING TEAM TO GERMANY
The country that’s home to the oldest universal health care system is the location selected to host 900 exhibitors for this year’s International Exhibition for European Medical Device Manufacturers. Organized by MEDTEC Europe, the event will take place June 3-5, 2014, in Messe Stuttgart, Stuttgart, Germany.
The event will bring together technical professionals from more than 30 countries to share their knowledge and cutting-edge technology for medical device design and innovations. MEDTEC Europe’s show highlights include MEDTEC Meets, which matches up professionals based on preferences; i-Zone, a program for future start-up companies to share their groundbreaking ideas; a 3D live printing area; a conference for well-known professionals to discuss today’s medical issues; and the newest feature of the exhibit, the Fraunhofer laboratory truck that includes a full working biological lab to explore the future of automated approach on lab sampling process.
“This event helps provide Accumold with a very solid connection to European device makers, clients and prospective clients. Many of the firms have a desire to enter the U.S. market and we can be a tremendously valuable resource for them,” said Aaron Johnson, Accumold’s marketing director.

Parts manufactured by the firm are critical components of the medical, automotive, military, aerospace and telecommunications industries. To produce those parts, Accumold builds specialized molding machines engineered to handle volumes from prototypes to millions per year while maintaining consistent, precise tolerances that are unique in the industry.
