At the start of every project our engineering team works closely with your design engineers to make sure your parts are designed for maximum production output while also maintaining the high precision and consistency each part requires. Taking the time up front to design a great part saves time and money throughout the entire life of the project.
Material Selection
We believe that proper material selection is second only to a good design. Because this is so critical we rely on our preferred resin suppliers expertise in engineered thermoplastics to assist in this process. Through the coordination of material selection we help ensure that the best possible material is chosen and that the resin properties meet the project's exact requirements.
Tooling Project Management
Because of the care and detail we give at the beginning of each project, our world-class tool makers often build molds capable of production ready parts the first time out of the gate. Proper mold building and close attention to project deadlines help us make sure your project is on time and ready for market.
Production Process Management
We have trained staff that utilize 6 Sigma, Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing principals to help manage our production facilities and to make sure we are maximizing our efficiencies. From injection to inspection our production process maintains the utmost standards and is a critical component to our continued ISO 9001:2000 certification.
Customer Service
At the apex of our production process is Customer Service. Communication with you, the customer, at every stage of the process is absolutely necessary for success. Friendly staff and the proper tools and resources are key. Through the use of our manufacturing resource planning system, IQMS, our customer service managers and production staff have up-to-date information at their finger tips to assure every step in the process is on time and ready for delivery.
